Paradise Island Hurghada – Hula-Hula Beach Boat Trip Itinerary

  1. 20–40 min

    Hotel pick-up

Pick-up from your hotel around 8:00 AM (exact time confirmed after booking). The transfer to Hurghada marina takes 20–40 minutes depending on where you're staying.

  2. 45 min

    Departure from the port

Board the yacht and meet your snorkeling guide, who runs through a short safety briefing and hands out the snorkeling equipment — mask, snorkel and fins. Then you sail out across the Red Sea towards the Giftun island group.

  3. 2.5 hrs

    Two snorkeling stops

The boat anchors at two coral reefs, over an hour at each — enough time to get in twice if you want to. The water is shallow, clear and calm, with tropical fish, soft and hard corals, and on a good day a turtle. The guide stays in the water with the group, so this works for first-timers as well as confident swimmers.

  4. 1.5–2 hrs

Time on the beach — Paradise Island or Hula-Hula

You land on the beach you booked. Paradise Island is the original side, with a restaurant, sunbeds and the photo spots the island is known for. Hula-Hula Beach is the newer, simpler side — a bar, straw umbrellas and bean bags on the same stretch of white sand, with the same turquoise shallows running far out from the shore.

  5. 1.5 hrs

    Lunch and water sports

Lunch is served on board as the yacht sails back: a buffet of salads, rice, pasta, potatoes and chicken or fish, with soft drinks and water included. There's also a short turn each on the banana boat or sofa behind the speedboat.

  6. 20–40 min

    Back to your hotel

Your transfer meets the boat at Hurghada marina and takes you back, arriving around 5:00 PM. Exact timing shifts a little with the sea and weather conditions.

Please Note — Paradise Island Hurghada – Hula-Hula Beach

Since spring 2024 the owners have split the island into two separate beaches under different management. The original side kept the name Paradise Island; the new side is called Hula-Hula.

Hula-Hula is a simpler beach — a bar, straw umbrellas, mats and a single hammock, without the restaurant, comfortable seating and photo spots that Paradise Island has. Group access to Paradise Island now runs through tour operators only, and the price has risen accordingly.

Both beaches are still sold around Hurghada under the single name "Paradise Island". We list them separately, with separate prices, so you know exactly which beach you're booking before you pay.
